Very good service

Had an order with different stuff But a simple thing as a Capbrush was forgotten Mistakes happen so no big deal But i got fast a response on my email about the problem and they had no issue of sending a new one right away Very good service

Shipment not according to own statement of serviceShipping within 24 hours became 58 hours But HatStore isn t to blame obviously - to blame is the forwarder who didn t update their system Product nice - delivery relative fast
