Awful website awful service

Many many things I don t like about this When I first ordered it just said I have paid and then an error message came up I don t receive an order verification until several days later I have not received an update on my order status and neither can I check it on their website since there s no way to check it after their latest update there s downtime on the website constantly and I get logged out all the time even though I put in remember me And a lot of times it says my password is incorrect even though I m positive it s the right password and I have to change it to login

Missed 1 item when my package arrived

I ordered 4 items 2 hoodies and 1 sweater and 1 Nike shoes When my parcel arrived only the 2 hoodies and 1 sweater arrived and not the shoes and they haven t done anything about it
