Be aware Hawalili company is a scam

Bought on the assumption it was based in UK When goods came it was not as advertised and returned them but the goods are stuck in customs waiting for Hawalili to contact them but they have refused to do so I am a pensioner who is 67 out of pocket reviews are not true company is scamming buyersEverytime I contact them they say Wait a few days The package has been in Customs since 17 July and they do nothing as they already have my money Shame No offer of a partial refund either

WARNING - Unbelievably Long Delivery Terms

Bought one shirt They sent me a link saying expect up to 25 business days Well in real terms that means as much as 33 calendar days I thought ordering something 2 weeks in advance of an event would have been plenty of time Apparently not for this company

Poor Quality

While the price and designs look nice the quality of the material used is not so great The material for linen is thin- so thin that you can see through them which would not be great to wear in a work setting unless you want your nipples to poke through In regards to the patterned aloha shirts- the material is also thin and polyester so think of sweat in the heat of summer And one of the shirts that I ordered the words were too high up on the collar so that you could not read what it said unless you open the pleats Sizing- go up in sizing if you buy because Asian sizes are smaller than American clothing size Forget about sending it back for a refund or exchange because the items are shipped from China so to return anything you have to pay international shipping fees plus any fees for tariffs

Avoid--they re either crooked or inept

There were 2 shirts with a similar print one was green the other tan I ordered the green they sent the tan The paperwork that came with the shirt said green but was incorrect--hence the screw up They blamed color shift on the computer screen which was not true see the attached photos and proof of purchase Their offer A 35 merchandise discount on my next purchase or I pay return mailing for the refund--which would cost about what the shirt did They are either shady or inept AVOID

I ordered two shirts

I ordered two shirts one cotton one cotton blend Neither are cotton although one has a label that says cotton They are both polyester so absolutely awful to wear in hot humid weather False advertising

Horrible Disappointment

I thought I was buying a good quality Polo Shirt As presented in the online catalog it appeared well made Boy was I grossly disappointed Candidly the material seems much like my wife s underwear Horrible

What A Scam - Customer Service Could Care Less

I just received 1 2 my order I wear an XL shirt jacket from any major clothing manufacture the XL jacket I received the sleeves were at least 4 inches short could not even attempt to close the jacket as well as the XL printed shirts I ordered would not button either Totally dismayed did not realize orders we coming direct from China thus the waiting time through customs Contacted customer service via chat no care or concern shown just send the items back when you get the other 1 2 of your order Almost like this is a reoccurring problem so just send the product back not even an attempt to make it right Will never shop here again P S I never have written a review like this but the lack of giving a damn about the consumer drove me to this

Item never delivered

I ordered a shirt which was never delivered I tried to contact customer service but there s no phone number or customer service email address They have a customer service online chat service After being on hold for 45 minutes the service representative said your package was delivered and it s not our problem They gave me a tracking number I called the post office and was told the package was left on the street near my mailbox and was probably stolen Neither Hawalili or the post office will take any responsibility for reimbursing me or sending me a replacement item
