There was some kind of mix up with my order so I decided to contact customer support I was impressed at how quickly I received a reply It was handled right away and I got my order immediately Extremely happy with your customer support

So far I have had a pleasant experience with this company I made an order and accidentally chose the wrong shipping method in my defense tho it is rather confusing for national rather than local Dallas delivery Anyhow Tracy from customer service sent an informative email response immediately unfortunately product is out of stock tho now I will wait for restock and she notified me that in a week or two it can then be shipped to me Depending on the circumstances at that time I will edit update my review but so far I am happy Thank you Tracy for your prompt informative response

On 4 13 I sent a second email to HC about not getting my 2 25 23 order The first went unanswered but this time Melody immediately responded got to the root of the problem sent my order If only all customer service reps were that capable

This company has been very candid in their problems filling my order After waiting a few weeks they wrote to tell me supplies were out would I like to wait longer or cancel and take a refund I did the first for 3-4 more weeks and then opted to cancel take the refund These two actions were replied to asap done asap I m most surprised and appreciative

Excellent customer service from Tracy I reached out regarding an order that I placed that seemed to be delayed in shipping and Tracy got back to me within minutes to resolve the issue Tracy went above and beyond and I would 100 order again based on the excellent resolution and her prompt courteous and understanding support
