I have always had in person audiologist appointments The hear com online remote experience was easy seamless and timely My care team coordinated every piece of the exam the equipment and the insurance They were all very professional and knowledgeable and caring There was no anxiety in the process at all I recommend them without reservation

Professional pleasant helpful I learned a lot but ended up not making the purchase for financial reasons I thought the aides themselves were very good and the refund was immediate with no hassles So I would highly recommend this company and would definitely go back if my finances change

I have the stiletto hearing aids Just wanted to say they work great Hardly noticeable to the point that I ve had three unfortunate opportunity to accidentally immerse them underwater today I realized almost immediately what I had done and pulled them out Dried them and put them back in They work just fine They lived up to the IP rating

I did a lot of research before choosing hear com The in home capabilities representatives and my audiologist made it a great experience I was able to have adjustments made throughout the trial period and my audiologist worked with me weekly until I was comfortable I have recommended hear com to two friends already Any reluctance I had before has been eliminated I love the ability to adjust them via the phone app

The in home hearing kit is a great way to conduct the hearing test and to address questions The quality of the hearing aids is very good and the Bluetooth interface with my phone is amazing Not having to buy batteries and have them die on you in the middle of a conversation is great The customer support and follow up has been very good so far
