At first i was a little hesitant to buy my 3rsd pair of hearing aids online I spoke with Jeff Hall the owner of Zip hearing and he was extremely efficient and honest I went for the best that was out there and was treated very well with Beau at hearing sciences of walnut creek The first phonak pair didn t work for me They extended trial period and gave me widex aids which didn t really improve the situation I returned the aids and jeff refunded my full purchase price the same day Even though i m still in the hunt to improve my hearing I would definetly use them again and there were substantially than the hearing services quote in Pleasanton Ca This company rocks and are trustworthy I recommend them wholeheartedly

ZipHearing saved me 2 500 After having my hearing test and confirming I needed hearing aids I was pretty shocked at the price of the hearing aids I wanted - 5 700 I went home and started researching companies that carried hearing aids I found ZipHearing who connected me with one of their companies I got the ones I wanted and saved 2 500 All in all I cannot recommend them more highly It was such a good experience

I had my yearly hearing test with my audiologist Since there was new technology available she suggested an upgrade Later that week a friend recommended Zip Hearing She recently purchased her hearing aids from this online company and was very pleased After initially being skeptical I contacted Zip Hearing and received pricing I found there was a huge savings I ordered them Within 24 hours their audiologist scheduled an appointment to review my hearing test result created the paperwork and fitted my hearing aids Three days after my purchase Grant Davidson checked with me to make sure I was pleased with my purchase I highly recommend ZipHearing
