I have bought several different items from heart scent over the years from the flowers in boxes to frames and soap bath bombs excellent quality and great prices Staff very friendly and helpful

Excellent service I made an order in braehead where staff was polite and helpful I ordered a frame and paid for delivery my frame arrived within a couple of days Unfortunately there was a slight error of wording on my print I contacted them and had a quick reply to say a new one would be sorted asap Only a few days later a whole new frame and print with correct wording arrived in time for Christmas Really couldn t ask for more

Wow went here as was looking for something a bit diffrent for a present the staff were amazing and so helpful showing me different gift boxes and frames they sell as i wasnt sure what i wanted I chose the lovely flowers and bath bombsand was given a fragrance spray as well which was really nice They also personalized it for me Amazing experience and recommend 100 will be back again soon
