I really love HEB but I want to know why is the Rotisserie chicken salad 9 99 a pound I spent 12 74 on one salad ridiculous it was 7 99 and some cheaper I know the prices have went up but this don t make sense please bring down prices thanks

Unbelievable HEB removed My Pillow from their shelves all across America simply because they found out the CEO Mike Lidell has a conservative stance and is a believer of a higher power Which is racism Will NEVER EVER shop here again Americans are going to make a stand for this bias political nonsense Boycotting a small business man who s invention is amazing by the way simply because the CEO of HEB doesn t have a backbone and fears threats of the lying cheating thieves who stole from the American people to begin with

I dropped in the Gonzales HEB to pick a something and paid for it with cash at the self-serve check-out which BTW I m really happy HEB is now providing Anyway after paid cash the young lady assisting had to ok something and called a manager over Since I figured my part was done I asked if I could leave but she said no Finally a manager came and got it approved There was no apology from either the young lady or manager As trite and insignificant as this may seem I was very offended not so much from the events that took place but just the overall lack of customer service I am also a business owner and employ employees and blame overall management for this Please begin mandating customer relations workshops for all employees A little basic kindness will make all the difference and everyone s day just a little better

Never had an issue with HEB Was sold a defective product at Corpus Christi store 3 and manager Ruben Fuentes refuses to reimburse me the 5 for the product they never should have sold Challenged me to dispute the whole charge What terrible service Anti-community
