As a first-time landlord I was quite apprehensive about the process of renting out my property However my experience with Letio was nothing short of exceptional From the very beginning I got call from one of the directors of the business and Mark provided me with all the guidance and support I needed to navigate the process with confidence He was always available to answer my questions ensuring that communication was clear and consistent throughout Most importantly he assisted me in securing a reliable tenant at the advertised price which was a significant relief As a nice bonus they have an app that allows you to track all of the finances including payments from the tenant and any of the expenses including invoices incurred throughout the tenancy I am thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and expertise of Letio and would highly recommend their services to any landlord seeking an stress-free rental experience
