I had the misfortune to encounter this
I had the misfortune to encounter this company in connection with repair of an HP Colour LaserJet Printer I had an appointment booked for an engineer and they asked me to confirm it When I did so I mentioned that the person coming had to be both a non smoker and also not be allergic to cats as this was a home office site That is no problem was what I was told When the repair man turned up with an assistant I asked him if he was all right with cats to which he replied he was allergic to them but despite my saying it was not all right for him to enter he and his assistant just came through the door anyway The assistant wreaked of cigarette smoke which affected my assistant dramatically as she has a lung condition The engineer started making his way towards the machine that needed fixing and then he suddenly turned back and started to be unpleasant and said he was not going to stay in my premises I had already advised him not to come in because of his allergy Then he cancelled the repair and I now have to start again with HP If anyone comes across this company for a repair avoid at all costs

Waist of precious life with Hemmersbach
The company is not interested in keeping its employees happy or paying them according to the national standard Regardless of your performance work ethic or how well you meet and exceed your annual goals and metrics the company simply does not value you There is always a facade of concern but the primary goal is to keep cash flowing as long as an employee is present at the client site The company is ruthless when it comes to salary raises There is no career progression offered only basic and entry-level courses that waste one s valuable time I do not recommend this company

Zero stars should be an option for Hemmersbach The worst service provider I ve seen in IT in 30 years in the field On day 8 for a next business day repair and they constantly lie as to when they will arrive

Lenovo premium support 0 stars
My appointment was made There was no time just a date On the day of arrival I called first thing when they opened I was told 3-5PM By 12 the appointment was cancelled I only noticed because I brought up the ticket on my phone that said it was cancelled after I confirmed the appointment This company get zero stars They have no respect for your time Don t communicate and we haven t even gotten to the repair yet This will be the last Lenovo I buy

Hemmersbach techs broke my laptop in new ways
Hemmersbach was contracted by Lenovo to provide on-site repair for my laptop that had a malfunctioning screen An appointment was scheduled with a whole day window like waiting for the cable company to show which was canceled without notice The tech on site days later had a lovely demeanor but left me with a new screen that was not attached because he was not supplied the replacement screws which looked like a Lenovo error at first Several more days later a second tech told me that he could not reattach it correctly because the hinges had been damaged in the first repair attempt I pointed out he had the screen on backwards Reversing it did not fix the problem and it would still need to be sent to the depot I could somewhat use my computer while waiting for the box from Lenovo That s when I discovered the USB port was misaligned and non-functioning now and the integrated pen no longer worked I am an illustrator 1 2 way through a children s book and my pen still isn t working weeks later see Lenovo Premium Support review Though very kind young men the two technicians from Hemmersbach left me with a laptop more broken than when they started Clearly their techs need more training and their scheduling and communication processes need significant improvement

Hemmersbach continuously ignores their
Hemmersbach continuously ignores their responsibilities they cancelled my repair without my request they said they contacted me and did not - three times I am still on hold for the 3rd call this month without anyone answering their phone I intend to write a US government fraud claim with HP very soon

Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible They hire anyone off the street The onsite tech looked like a thug and guess what he stole some parts from my laptop when I wasn t looking Of course Hemmersbach has 0 channels of feedback or surveys after a job is done The tech phone number is a temporary one that disappears after and Lenovo should really really find a new onsite dealer I m done with onsite until Lenovo changes to a reputable company

Woeful service
Woeful service Engineers are nice people but the actual service to make the appointments for a warranty repair with HP were useless Took over 2 weeks and 3 failed visits to get the replacement harddrive

To anyone who fears this company
I read all these 1-star reviews and it terrified me to get mine fixed Personally to my surprise and relief I had a good experience with my Lenovo laptop repair He was nice funny and smart Knew what he was doing and was able to replace my keyboard somewhat quickly To anyone who fears like I did do not be afraid Maybe I got lucky but even so it will get fixed in the end This company is trying to do better from what I ve seen and it s been doing its best To anyone that reads this take care of yourself and have yourself a good one Also I was not told to or paid in any way to leave this review lmao just want to give some of you guys peace of mind

Technician replaced fan for Lenovo laptop did great
My technician called me early in the day to confirm the time for my appoinment I had a bunch of repairmen at my house during his visit and I cleared my room so he could use my desk He got to work right away He showed me I had some screws missing on my laptop and replaced the fan He was done in under an hour was kind helpful and informative I think his name was Chris
