My computer wouldn t turn on

My computer wouldn t turn on and they first checked and told me it was a problem with the motherboard which would cost 225 euros When I went to pick up the computer they told me it wasn t a problem with the motherboard and cleaned it without notifying me which cost me 105 euros and replaced the charger It cost me nearly 200 euros in total Later when I was using the computer I found that there was no sound from the computer and I hadn t adjusted any settings So I had to bring the computer to them again to have them check it because the computer had sound before the repair and they adjusted it for me a few days later and told me it was just a problem with the sound settings I admit that they helped me solve the problem but I was not very happy with the whole process I think that when the problem found after disassembly is different from the problem that was previously informed to the customer you should first inform the customer and ask if I still want to repair it instead of repairing it directly because if it just needs cleaning I might be able to find another store because here if your computer is a gaming laptop you need to add 60 euros to the repair price And you write my name wrong but anyway thank you to repair it
