Great customer service I had 6 windows installed to a very high standard I dealt with Gabriella amazing individual who liaised with me every step of the way Can t believe the reviews I have read as I have only experienced great customer service from Henry and Sons and have referred them to friends already my mother and I are very satisfied with the installation and the price compared to other window company s were the best And considering epidemic we were in the lead time was superb

Would give this company a minus if I couldI have a 10 year warranty well that is not worth the paper it is written on I Booked a repair it took over a week for someone to arrange this when the operative arrived I showed him the stable door which had a problem openingafter 10 minutes he said it was all working fine and left lucky I checked the door he had removed the catch so the door was opening freely and it was in a worse state than when he arrived I went outside and found him sitting in he s van I told him what he had done and he could not leave the door like this he said no stress he said he could put some sellotape on it He then went on to phone to the office who said he would be back on Saturday to repair the door with the part Saturday came and nothing I phoned the office and was told they had to order the part and would let me know when it was in I phoned a week later still nothing and was told by Raymond that it was because of the brexit and they could not get the parts in the uk this went on for six weeks with me having to keep phoning and emailing and each time being fobbed off also one rude woman in the office who should attend a custom service course After 6 weeks I got told they could not get the part in because of the COVID pinging I said what next I was told they had checked everywhere even eBay and there was not a part in the uk I asked for for the part number to see if I could find this part myself they did send me this amazingly Would you believe it I found the part in the uk within a hour I emailed them and informed them that I had the part and asked them to arrange for the part to be fitted was told this would have to be booked in and this would take time this is just a joke So I had to pay for the part and get someone fit it when I had a warranty Please what ever you do don t use this company I use to recommend this company as years ago they where so good don t know who is running it now but they are just terrible and rude

Threatens harassment report if you complain

Read MANY negative reviews on Google listing but many were answered so still wanted to give the benefit of doubt and although it insisted on charging for extra removal of window parts before quoting I still invited this local company for a quote it then realised to include basic work in the price Surveyor claimed the many many bad reviews are from unreasonable people with old difficult windows After the company sent me a generic mass email inviting to negotiate for a discount I replied after my first choice had lead time issues but was told I already had the best price and said it did not want me as a customer because I asked for the discount it asked me to make I found the company to be less than honest and gave misleading information and wasted my time This is reflected in the many other 1-star reviews you can find on Google perhaps they only ask successful jobs to post on TrustPilot I tried to address the above concerns before posting this review but the company said Please stop emailing us or we will report you for harassment how extremely unprofessional right THE REPLY TO THE REVIEW conveniently omits the email they sent about harassment and with no commentary Clearly not denied and rather embarrassed to give an actual response REPORT THIS COMPANY TO ICO AND TRUSTPILOT IF THEY PUBLISH DATA YOU DO NOT AGREE TO
