Herschel will not refund you That s the long and short of it Avoid them if you want a smooth customer experience Their products are fine but the customer service is shockingly poor I don t recommend buying from this company and I never will make another purchase from them in the future I should ve read these reviews before I made my purchase They are largely truthful to the experience

faulty item no refund

I bought the item from a European website I only started wearing it 6 weeks later after the purchase when I realized it is faulty I sent pictures and proof to customer service to show them how I cannot use the backpack and they decided the item is fine I should just contact the retailer for a refund clearly not doable based on European regulations Bad product even worse customer service

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service I ordered a hoodie from the site and when it arrived I noticed it had a defect in the stitching making the shoulders stick out like I had shoulder pads on I contacted customer service and requested and exchange After the initial email I never heard from them again I sent multiple emails and when I called their establishment nobody answered and was directed to send an email I couldn t even leave a message I finally gave up and had to call my bank to get a refund

Shambolic service

Item ordered on 24th November then informed it would be delayed by a further five working days in addition to the usual two for delivery Contacted customer services on day seven after still no confirmation of dispatch to be told warehouse staff still dealing with delayed orders and no confirmed dates for delivery Received email today day nine informing me the item is not in stock However their website now appears to have the item in stock but with an increased price strange Regardless of an offer of 15 off my next order I wouldn t give them another penny Neither should you Utter incompetence

Sent the wrong item

Sent the wrong item then spent over a month not replying not answering the phone and not having any agents available on their chat to sort out the issue When I finally got through to someone they were rude slow and unhelpful

Disappointed bag of very poor quality

I ve had a medium Little America bag for 3 weeks and the leather strap has deteriorated and would like to point out that it s not wear and tear due to bad treatment So I asked for a guarantee and it was refused without any explanation and with contempt I am outraged and find it unacceptable given the price that a brand like herschel did not take my bag under warranty to repair it I simply asked to change the strap I will not buy this brand again and advise you to do the same

Bag was not what was expected and not allowed to return

Bought a bag on sale The didn t mention about no returns on sale items Bag had a much smaller strap than anticipated Strap is not even removable so a longer one can be used Extremely dissatisfied and will never shop here again Seriously don t shop here online at least

Appauling Customer Service

I love the product in general but the customer service sucks big timeI am trying to return I item I bought online - cannot login - reset password functionality does not work- the chat option on teh website does not work launch- I have emailed customer service four or five times They do not respondA reviewer below said it is run like a scam company Exactly my thought Its a classic scam experience I am usnure if this website is real or fake at the momentAvoid like teh plague and buy through authorised dealers in person

Unfortunately a very bad experience The backpack i have bought is not of good material at all and not as described in the website It is too small and not worth it s price I had to sent it back to heschel on my own expenses and unfortunately they say they didn t receive it They deny that they received my back and wouldn t give me my money back They are so unprofessional they are pure Thieves
