Prompt meeting works

Me and my flatmate both have full-time jobs which made arranging access slightly tricky The electrician met me outside the flat in the morning so I could leave my keys with him for the day He completed the works and left my keys in the flat no trouble

I was delighted with the HEXO service I contacted them for an EICR and received a very prompt response The customer service on the telephone was amicable and professional The same I can say for the engineer who completed the work thoroughly and with scrupulous attention leaving the premises tidy which is always welcome I can fully recommend HEXO and will call them again should I require further services

EICR and remedial work

Hexo Electrical recently completed an EICR and carried out some remedial works in my rented flat The testing was thorough they were honest about what work was required and what was recommended but not essential Hexo Electrical carried out the testing and completed the upgrades quickly and at a very competitive price and I was very pleased with the service provided I m sure I will use them again

Professional service

Had two electricians round - one to carry out an initial electrical survey and the other to remediate the problems that were identified Both were friendly and professional and were happy to answer any questions I had give me advice I will use Hexo again

Hexo did such a great job to remediate our unsatisfactory EICR From booking to remediation the process was very easy Our electrician on the day did a great job and worked very efficiently Also gave a rundown of all repairs made and left the house spotless

Electrical Testing Remedial Work

Originally booked Hexo to do a commercial EICR They gave me a quote for the work and made it clear that the charge was for a fixed number of circuits and there could be an additional charge for each extra circuit The total charges were as per the quote supplied The communication throughout the process was excellent and the engineer carried out the inspection on the date and time arranged As a result of the inspection we required some remedial work Again I was given a detailed quote for this and they made it very clear as to what needed to be done to pass the inspection and what could be left as it did not affect the inspection As such I felt they were very honest and did not try and tell me we had to have everything done which would have cost more money A date and time were arranged for the remedial works and this was kept to and the works done and relevant certificates issued I was very pleased with the whole process and found the company and customer services to be extremely efficient and professional and would definitely use them again

We used Hexo services for all of the electrical tests required for renting out our flat We were thoroughly impressed with the customer service and the works were carried out to the highest standard The engineers were friendly and prompt and even waited for us outside the flat when we were held up on our way home A five star service
