Orders ariving way later than specified

Have placed my 3rd order after the first two had complications one of them has been delayed for almost 3 weeks guess what - the 3rd order same issues I m not yet to receive my 3rd order because of bots going down and stuff

They chargeback the gifts and get you banned with no way to appeal it and before they answer they are legit this goes against TOS

Seems to take too long Servers constantly go down due to issues that they have yet to iron out kinda sucks but its pretty cool to get stuff for cheap instead of forking out a 100 for 50 orbs instead 100 for 100 Worth the price not the wait Would love to have it ironed out

The transaction was smooth but the delivery was firstly taking longer than anticipated Secondly the transaction was incomplete and therefore it was unsatisfactory I have yet to hear a response after I emailed my issue or get any compensation Thanks
