Only problem I have is the waiting time

Only problem I have is the waiting time ranging from 24-32 hours and that is quite alot and just needs a tiny tad more improvement

You get what you pay for

Hello everyone here my experience about the Hextech Store So basically you get what you pay for just not everything at once You will receive 10 Gifts per day not more Example 10 Hex Chests or 10 Event Orbs etc per day If you expect to see a full 100 or more Items or Skins etc in your Inventory at once you are wrong But you will safe for sure some Bucks if you are looking to unlock multiple Skins or a gift for a friend

Great prices and actually really great and helpful customer service I would still be wary though just in case Riot decides to turn on these 3rd party sellers and their customers

Website was somewhat misleading but we fixed it in the end

The information you receive while purchasing goods creates an impression that you will get the goods within 36 hours while the reality is that only 10 items can be delivered on any given day I ended up not getting my items in time and had to buy some from RIOT store which isn t great However customer support was able to compensate for the items I no longer needed so decent experience overall

The only downside is that the purchase must be at least 5 in some cases where you want 2 od 3 items you need to buy more just because of that limit

I haven t even received the friend

I haven t even received the friend request after 3 days Hopefully this got fixed in future and my order will be completed otherwise I don t suggest to buy anything from this site Edit Received my order exactly 24 hours after accepting the friend request After finding out about the situation and some problems with the server I decided to be patient with the order and it was worth it No problem at all with the order just longer waiting because of the server issues Also recommending to join the seller s Discord server for immediate informations and news

Very good Although I d say the delivery time is a bit long 24 hours it s totally worth it great service would use again

Fast support staff

I bought some event capsules that expired before the full delivery was made and the support staff quickly responded and set up a new order for my item of choice equal to the value of the items not delivered Can recommend wholeheartedly

Awesome Loot The Loot you get from these is top tier you get at least one good skin in my experience They always arrive on time sometimes their stock is out but that s understandable since it is because they are so popular and therefore awesome
