Terrible customer support I managed to transfer around 5000 points to my Freeward account in about a week Then tried transferring 2500 points and waited 6 days In that 6 days I did a load of tasks and offers and accumulated another 6800points Now hideout tv have suspended my account as they believe I m using a fake email address

I was very positive in the beginning and after approximately 1 month I earned enough points to get my reward amazon nl 1 euro voucher So I decided to exchange my points because they don t offer any better exchange rate for a bigger amount Right after I requested my tiny reward - my account was suspended I contacted support and as usual for an american company - just received some vague autoreply with a meaning We are always right and we can do whatever we want I never used any VPN or other ways of cheating I just watched pets videos accidently So I just don t recommend it or try to cash out right after you have some minimum amount to see if it is working for you or not

At first I thought wow awesome I earned points that I could also cash out Then I made an account on another site that looked like a competitor to compare I was able to create an account with the same google account and bang I got banned When you ask support you only get an automatically generated answer that you should have violated guidelines I made a new account on a different device Well you still get a bad rating

Was using the site for a few weeks when i decided to share my referral link with my wife Within 1 day we were both banned When i contacted support i was given a generic in breach of our terms and best practices message

Another crap scam company that deserves no stars at all I ve been locked out of my account for weeks now for no valid or understandable reason Despite raising several tickets there has been nothing from them except a pointless automated response There is no point in trying to contact customer service because there is absolutely none They are basically mining YOUR data to resell for their profits Avoid them at all costs

They ban you for no reason and they don t give you an explanation of why they ban you I cannot recommend this site to anyone

I started a withdrawal to a linked site to cash out my earnings my earnings never arrived nor were they refunded into my account even after I opened a support ticket today four months and a week later Hideout tv emailed me asking me to rate the support I received so here s my rating one star because this site won t allow me to give them a zero first they stopped paying out to Freecash over a year ago and now they refuse to pay out to faucetify ignore support tickets it seems they aim to ONLY pay out to lootup which surprise Is run by the same people as hideout tv

DONT TRUST THEM I thought what do i have to loose they suspended my account and also every account i sent the funds too loot up super pay me both banned me cause i sent hideout points to them hideout then got me banned off 3 services

I had my account blocked from earning points after a couple of months of use I had read their terms of service and complied with them I tried reaching out to customer service but they just sent me a canned response and would not look into it After a few weeks of being blocked I tried to redeem the few points I had left in my account - I was unable to redeem them and somehow my attempt triggered their system to revoke steal all of the points I had previously redeemed from the redemption site of my choice - Keep Rewarding A few hours later I got an e-mail saying my account was blocked in error but none of my points were reissued I wrote them back with some stern words and threats of law enforcement internet scams and - funny thing my points were reissued quickly it was about 13 worth along with an apology I do appreciate the apology and refunding my points and I did enjoy some of their videos plus the idea that I was earning a dollar here and there but seeing as this has happened to so many people I do not feel right using their site anymore It feels as if I m aiding and abetting a criminal and makes me feel dirty and like I m not being true to my morals I still have some points to redeem from them so I suppose I could go back to take care of that at some point - if they ll even let me We ll see Footnote - they did make my account right - and after several months and hearing from others that it was working - I gave it another try I have been using it for a couple of years since this bad experience and it s been much better 2023 It still pays out a very low amount but it s very low effort so I am rasing my rating from a 1 star to a 2 star I d give it 2 5 stars but that s not an option
