Wrongful suspension with no explanation

Have been using HideoutTV for a few weeks with no issues until today when my account got temporarily suspended I follow all the DO s and I don t do any of the DONT S that are listed on their FAQ page I asked for an explanation in an email about why I was suspended and was told to look at the FAQ yet again which I have already done It s clear the practices of this site are unethical and even if you follow their guidelines to a T they will suspend your account if you make too much from them

Got cancelled after watching several hours

I found hideout TV a few weeks ago started watching and thought the shows were fun But when I accumulated about 900 points I suddenly got kicked out while watching shows and cannot log back in The message says my account was suspended

Completely new account and after your watched a few videos banned support emails are always automated response with no information Don t waste your time it s a scam

I feel offended by Hideout tv

I registered on Hideout tv and when I asked to be able to add my youtube channel to their site they said among other things that they could not add my channel because there were nude videos I can accept many things but not the accusation of making videos with naked people My channel has never been reported by Youtube for similar issues I feel offended and for this I close my account with Hideout tv

This feature is really annoying it s 1000x worse than getting 10 ads on a 10 minute YouTube video I m just trying to earn a few points and watch my favorite videos without having to click to continue watching all the time

Suspended within 2 Day for Doing Nothing

I signed up for an account Didn t even do anything nothing Resigned in 2 days later and I was suspended I didn t even watch any videos Unbelievable Don t have duplicate accounts VPN or anything like that Total scam

Don t expect to get paid

I used hideout tv for quite a while I finally earned enough points to cash out two different gift cards I submitted one and was paid promptly then I submitted the second and they suspended my account without paying I went back and forth with their support for over a year and they never responded or gave me a reason for the suspension They just kept closing the ticket without even saying anything They finally cancelled my support account so now I can t even get back in to complain I was nothing but considerate they did nothing but stonewall Overall it was a bad but not uncommon experience I would not recommend them they are shady at best

I should have listened to the 145 bad reviews

I wish 0 stars were an option I should have listened to the other 145 bad reviews that were left for this borderline scam company I don t really care about getting temporarily suspended because I would make 0 0017 every 3 videos with ads every 30 seconds If anything I see this as a blessing because I won t waste any more time on a BS site like HideoutTV Also support refuses to give a legit reason for my suspension probably because there isn t one I had the account for 2 days Find an alternative like loot tv or Swagbucks Also keep in mind that all of the good reviews are fake Atleast make it believable Hideout come on

Poor experience

I ve been using the platform for 3months and never had a issue with earning points until the past week I ve contacted customer services and had been told to check back in a day or 2 and ads should reappear Still nothing On the Facebook page it seems that everyone who lives in the UK are experiencing the same problem and receiving poor customer service and communications from Hideout tv Points earned by completing offers take a while to appear in your balance too When withdrawing the points over a certain amount they need to be approved but this doesn t happen within the 24hr time limit as displayed on the website at the time of conversion
