One of the worst subscription boxes

One of the worst subscription boxes I ve ever gotten I ve been a customer for a year now and just canceled The roller box is worth the price but the Butler box is terrible Last order my piece was broken and they sent me 3 rolling trays The box before that had 2 rolling trays How many rolling trays does a person need It is not worth the price I switched to Daily High Club

Disappointed

I ordered my first box in August 2021 it was an incomplete box Had the pipe a dab rod couple of stickers Oh the wrong banger Emailed them got a response with in a few days And I have heard nothing from them since then They said they would make it right I have yet to see it They were quick to take my money but slow on providing the merchandise I have already decided that I will cancel my subscription after the third box Unless they make it worth it for me to keep my subscription

not costumer friendley

First they sent me damaged lighters then in the next shipment they sent me 4 5 lighters because that s just how they handle things Can you buy all 5 lighters no Can you choose what they are no So you have to keep buying them along with other stuff because of the 20 minimum purchase fee and shipment doesn t count so like a minimum of 30-40 just to try and get that 1 lighter I thought they were good because of their low price but they have extremely low costumer service and their descriptions and practices are pointlessly deceptive They re 6 lighters hiding behind a massive paywall Ill only maybe buy from them again if they drop the 20 fee so I can try and get that one red lighter but for now id rather buy from AMAZON at least they don t sensor and weed out their reviews Ya they don t let you see the bad reviews on their website tells you a ton about how trust worthy they are I got a random email from them asking for me to review lighters that i already reviewed So i voiced my frustrations straight to them instead They took it personally I understand you re a person Scott but so are your customers We don t enjoy being swindled or receiving emails we unsubscribed from especially if its asking for a review you denied on your page Disgusting I brought my concerns straight to the clipper community and you can guarantee that you just lost customers Its hard for us to find our collectables so we communicate very well in our community and you lost all your standing

Terrible experience waited 3 weeks box

Terrible experience waited 3 weeks box still never shipped canceled my subscription and one month later they charge my card again after I emailed support to cancel it it s a scam

Do not get the subscription boxes they re a scam they ll send a large quantity of items the 1st month but afterwards literally half the product I contacted customer service they told me basically oh well that the picture is just an example I counter argued that there is a description underneath each available level box She claimed this was also just an example When I told her this was unacceptable because that s false advertising I got an email back saying I had been given a refund and my subscription was canceled I repeatedly told them I was not interested in a refund or to cancel just to be given what was promised on their site I wouldn t ever spend a dollar with these people ever again I plan on posting on every available site I can Please warn others Hippie Butler is a scam

I ordered a box of flavored cones going on 3 weeks now Took my money never shipped my order or answer my 3 emails I sent asking customer service when my order would ship So I guess I m just out the it sucks to be me - I got ripped off

Scammers

Lied about shipping my first product literally sat in label created status for three weeks Told me to email them again in 5 days of tracking number didn t show up It never did They couldn t replace my ordered and wanted me to wait an unconfirmed time for a new one and refused to refund my money

DO NOT BUY I paid 40 for the concentrate butler box It was a sad box opening when it came in I got maybe 10 worth of stuff a 4 inch silicon mat a cheap dab tool and some of the cheapest glass I ve ever seen I guarantee you can find a better piece at your local gas station My banger doesn t even fit I do not recommend the butler box whatsoever It is a complete scam
