We struggled to get much communication in the weeks leading up to our event there were admin errors such as asking for signed documents that had already been returned and then unanswered enquiries The Santa hired should ve contacted us prior to the event for arrangements but left it to the morning of the event when we were busy greeting other acts asking for the address of the venue etc He then turned his phone off and we found out ten minutes before our event that he was not coming To date the Company have been unapologetic and don t seem to understand how many people were impacted on the day at the party he was due to attend Months in the planning thousands of pounds and lots of crying upset children
