"they will screw you on how much you get"

Tried ordering the larger cbd for my 2 elderly dogs and for the last 6 months the only send me one bottle of the smallest size Surprisingly enough i am getting charged for the big one still

"Worse company ever "

Worse company ever DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from the website-you will never ever get your products I ordered my products in the beginning of September Is still do not have my order To top it off NO ONE will answer the customer service phone number I have a credit card investigation going on I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THE WEBSITE

Let me tell you about this they will cheat you During their BOGO I bought 4 I received 5oz bottles when the picture clearly shows a 2oz Bottle They won t answer their phone Reported them to the BBB they said this company never responded I spoke to a customer service representative named Steve holistapet emplyee Rude Played along like he was helping me No follow through There are many customer complaints READ THEM they also CHANGED THEIR FORMULA MAKING IT LESS EFFECTIVE This is all reported for public viewing BUYERS BEWARE I WARNED YOU Also read a review where a dog got sick on oil Got it tested and was laced with mold

"Messed with the wrong pet owner"

Oh yeah I m filing all kinds of complaints with state of California which thankfully will investigate They are terrible company My cat reacted so terribly she was just fine on plnt human grade CBD oil then started this a few months later Absolutely horrible Worst customer service Yeah yeah you guys are dealing with a crack SEO top marketing person So good luck Not to toot my own horn or anything but I ve spent the last almost 3 weeks helping people in LA haina Maui try and find their pets after the wildfires and I need to take good care of my own cat and you have put so much stress on me Good luck with your brand

Their produts are good but God help you if you need to contat cutstomer service When you call you always get a voice mail no one calls you back You sent a detailed email someone sends you a return email in 4 or 5 days says how can I help you Very frustrating

While I was checking out a item that I was looking at popped into my invoice I did not want this item I was on hold for 30 minutes trying to contact holistapet to correct the error but I was told to leave my name and information I emailed them a few times and was told since it was processing he could not cancel it It states it is processing the minute you receive the confirmation This is horrible customer service I have bought many times before but I will find another cbd company in the future I have never had a worst customer service support than I received with this company

"Horrible Customer Service"

According to tracking my package was delivered however I never received it I understand that these things happen sometimes but I tried calling Holistapet twice and stayed on hold for a total of an hour No response at all Nobody ever answered my calls and it was during their posted hours of operation I ve also tried calling DHL and nobody will answer there either In the meantime my sweet dog is suffering Great products Horrible customer service

My issue still has not been resolved After a long thread with a customer service rep named Appy I still have not received a refund or the missing order I was told that they are no longer shipping to CA and asked if I wanted a refund YES Who is voluntarily giving free money for no purchases I have been asking for a refund and to get the subscription canceled and can t seem to get a real response This is either a robot or a foreign representative

I am one hundred percent dissatisfied with this company The stopper on the cbd oil leaked and I lost a lot of the oil When I complained they said they would ship another bottle for free I waited 8 days and checked out the tracking progress The shipping information showed that the package was never sent to them
