Waited 30 days for the product and never recieved it The last order took over 14 days to get Customer Service blamed it on the shipper I was told once the shipper has the order they have no control Get a new shipper

"accidental double order was input"

accidental double order was input immediately tried 3 different ways to contact and in the meantime both orders were processed and quickly sent This resulted in my budget being messed up Not to mention that the same pricing is now for 1 2 ounce and prior was 1 ounce I was extra careful navigating the website but it got me in the end i assume this company is robotic only I will not use you again even though the product is good As a groomer I will also let my clients know of buyer beware

"3000 CBD Oil was 2oz now 1oz for 20 less"

I have bought the 3000 cbd oil for dogs for a few years It s always been 2oz bottles and my last order it was 1oz bottles - price difference of 20 per bottle using the same amount The website states 2oz bottles but ships 1oz HolistaPet is selling 1 2 the amount and not advertising this If you attempt to contact customer service they are pathetic They don t answer the phone or emails I won t be buying again

"Placed order on June 15"

Placed order on June 15 noted after submitting order within 5 minutes that I was being charged for Melatonin chews that I did not order Called and spoke with staff who said the order was already being processed and could not be cancelled or changed Now 6 days later the order has shipped but DHL has no record of the tracking number provided by hp in their system No one answers the phone at hp and chat feature is not available My dog with cancer now has to wait for his CBD oil while I find a reputable company that can deliver the correct item and has responsive customer service Disappointing and incompetent interaction

"One of my orders did not make it post Label Created"

One of my orders did not make it post the Label Created status Upon inquiry I have been told by email that my order would be on the way now and arrive by June 19th Well it is July 3rd now and the status is still Label Created Hence my level of satisfaction is actually below 1 star

Pathetic when you call and can t get anyone no one returns your calls Having problems with delivery since change in ownership there Had everything scheduled for once a month now we have extra bags on hand and we still give our dog the same amount everyday This is indicative of a company that could care less about you the customer seems to only be about the money

Respond to your customers questions about the products in a timely manner Website says within 24 hours and got an e-mail response 7 days later Did not return my voice mail and on another occasion customer service Rep couldn t speak english and it was an answering service If customer service is this bad the product must be worse without quality control

"Never shipped but are charging for shipping anyway"

Ordered CBD with expedited delivery for the 4th of July According to their chart I had a couple of buffer days to get it in time The status of the order switched to shipped very quickly but the tracking info showed the label was printed but the package wasn t given to FedEx After 2 weeks I reached out to the company They said they d respond in 24 hours When I hadn t heard back after 2 business days I contested the charge with my credit card company THEN I got a response saying my package got lost in the processing stage meaning they never gave it to FedEx but they re not refunding the 30 shipping fee even though they didn t ship anything Update After reaching out to the Better Business Bureau I got a refund for the shipping I did try to call the business before contacting BBB but was immediately put on hold and gave up after 15 minutes of music with no indication of if when a person might take my call

"Missing item"

I m missing an item and have left two voicemails with no call back Edit Got a review to my rating lying about when I got a response looolllll Also had no idea that I did eventually get a response Apparently Literally no idea if I m talking to a bot or person Have already decided to switch brands Especially after reading the reviews about customer service on here
