"Poor Shipment Updates"
The order was apparently shipped 4 7 but Fedex didn t receive scan it until 4 19 Delivery shows as EOD 4 24 however I expected this product a week ago I emailed you twice on the matter asking for an expedited shipment replacement and never heard back from anyone I use this product to manage my mare s extreme mare-ish behavior

I ordered this repeat order February 5th It was shipped February 6th with eta February 7th It was shipped from Commerce CA two hours away from us to Santa Fe Springs CA 3 miles from Commerce Then after 3 days of tracking it was in Connecticut It is now a week after I ordered and still no eta for delivery My old dog is suffering and it s so hard to buy this locally

I will start by saying I really love the products and they have helped my dog With that being said I placed an order on February 28th on March 1st I got an email that my package was shipped and received tracking number It is March 14th and I still have no package I reached out to the customer service and he said that my package wouldn t be shipped until the 15th If my package hasn t even shipped why did I get the email it was Also 16 days from the date of order and I have no products

"A Significant Decline in Customer Service"
Although their CBD products remain good if a bit overpriced except on sale days the level of customer service at HolistaPet has declined significantly Error messages when ordering online are common the phone is never answered phone messages and e-mails are repeatedly ignored and receive no response and deliveries are taking longer than was the case previously with no effective mechanism to check on the status I am a long time HolistaPet customer but will likely shop elsewhere if the current nearly nonexistent level of customer service is not quickly addressed

It s not you it s my cat - he won t eat either the soft or the crunchy treats at all Tried both giving them to him plain and hiding them in his food he just avoided them altogether

It was unclear when it shipped and tracking didn t help track anything When it arrived also didn t get any notifications so it was sitting on my porch for a while

the product is great helps my near 8 year old lab live a good life however the ordering process could be improved I was told shipping was free then charged 10 00 for shipping on a purchase of 59 95 I complained and the answer was free only on slower delivery But I was not given an option when I ordered

My order took 2 weeks to get to me I really like your product but the shipping through DHL is just terrible never have I received my product on time always at least 3-4 days late through DHL
