My order was shipped incomplete The missing item was supposedly shipped on 6 22 but tracking info today 6 25 still shows it as not delivered to the shipper

Product delivered Ordered on June 5 received June 16 Too long to wait for a product I needed much quicker Had to purchase something else locally to get by until order received Not worth paying more than the general S H of 4 95 to wait that long Several other companies offer free S H and I would have ordered from them unfortunately they were all out of stock

They re ok My cat refuses to eat them unless I sneak them into her food I believe they work- My cat doesn t answer me when I ask her though so I guess we will never know

I love your products however getting assistance from customer service is challenging I attempted to take advantage of a promo and the site would not accept my order When I emailed customer service the promo had ended and I simply received a response that the case had been closed Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback

I have sent countless e-mails requesting that Holistapet grant customers the right to manage their own auto shipment date s Chewy Amazon to name a few allow the customer the ability to change their auto shipment date s I have to call or send an e-mail to get my auto shipment date s changed Please give this request consideration I don t understand why Holistapet lists a phone number on their website but no one answers the phone

I ordered CBG and got CBD We will still use it because the elderly dog I m caring for needed help now and not later But the product is still good

Week one so far it good To early to tell how well it s working She Noodle likes the treats They seem to be working she has a back left leg thing The recover time is good maybe better Let s see how she is doing in a month My rating may up or down at that time One week is to early to tell She wants me post her photo not sure how to that Not sure what photo was uploaded SORRY not sure what I uploaded Did not get the option to review it

I am middle of the road on this company The product was great and really was helping my dog manage her arthritis Sadly the delayed response from customer service has left me with a vote of no confidence Hard to place an order for a few hundred dollars when you don t trust I placed a large order for CBD treats for my dog I received tracking information but it was pretty useless since nothing gets scanned I waited over two weeks for the delivery before I tried to contact the company Sent an e-mail to customer service first but received no response Then days later needing resolution I found the phone number and on the call was asked if I wanted a refund or the product I wanted the product since I was running out of treats for my dog I was told a case would be open with that department Finally days later I received an email from customer service that just refunded me and said my order might be sent It was kind enough in its wording but it left me without the CBD for my dogs arthritis I don t want to order again since my confidence is lacking with this company I have been looking other places to source the item

I have been purchasing products from Holistapet for a couple of years now but the few times I tried to order I can not login into my account I sent a message stating so each time and no one contacts me I started purchasing without logging in which I don t care for because I can t get the rewards points I know during sales the website can be slow but I keep getting error messages and sorts of other errors I hope that improves

I purchased the capsules and the soft chews The capsules work but learned that it takes 45 minutes to an hour to start working Did notice that then they calmed down Not a quick response if that s what your looking for
