I have purchased from this company before When the item arrived it was so poorly executed that it had to be returned It was allegedly made by highly skilled craftsmen An apprentice could have made a far better job and not left jagged rough metal edges a bent section and the closing part would have fitted and closed properly The price I later learned bore no resemblance to the prices charged by other companies eg reliquary on sale from HolyArt 1 167 38 plus postage same reliquary from a British company 370 17 free postage from German supplier free postage 463 59 I also note that other buyers clearly state that HolyArt prices are exorbitant - and they are Another negative report when contacting HolyArt requesting information no reply ies are received HolyArt is a company based in Italy If certain items are ordered it takes weeks for them to be delivered The excuse is that the items have to be manufactured i e they are not in stock However they are in stock at other companies within the EU and in Great Britain My advice to anyone thinking to make a purchase from HolyArt is DON T Search the internet including eBay for items required There are excellent British German Polish Greek and even American companies long established which sell and stock a comprehensive range of religious items for the home and for churches Shop around and make comparisons

Never again I ve purchased few incenses from them and are not bad honestly Due to the horrible customer service I have to leave this review and after such a really poor customer service experience Paid a charge to have the order in 3 7 days I ve received it after 12 days After I ve replied to an email from the customer service and explaining in details all the timing and the reason for my disappointment they still were trying to mention always the same Covid Brexit issues excuse without paying attention that the order was prepared and shipped just after 5 days from the order when it supposed to leave the same day having paid through amazon at 11 26 57 GMT so at 12 26 Italian time and long before the normal cut-off time Forget they will respect the within 24 hours from order placement as reported on their terms and conditions So basically you do need to pay extra to have this type of service without even an apology Alessandra you missed an opportunity to make at least at the end the things right

Wrong item received and complained but the Company is insisting that the item I orderd is the same I sent a screenshot and photos of the item but nothing Helpdesk Very persistent the email I received made me mad Do not want to exchange Never again I oder items Pathetic

I received an item that was very poor in quality I did not receive any help despite their email in this matter I am so glad I didn t make a larger order as originally planned

I ordered a lectern from this company on Ebay priced at 297 It came quickly and I was pleased with it but to my horror I then received a bill from FedEX for 84 68 import duty I feel customers should be warned in advance that there will be this extra charge before they decide to buy We are a small chapel and cannot afford this extra expense

I bought baby Jesus on the 23rd December 2020 and the measurements were 60cm and I received 30cm with the cradle measurements and paid 56 06 and express delivery of 23 66 and didn t receive the baby Jesus the length I was looking for as it was going to Africa in one of our church now I have to look for another baby Jesus for another Christmas

Extremely disappointed in this company Ordered some nativity sheep and moss paper They are not very clear on their product descriptions and I was not sent what I thought I had ordered I was hoping their customer service would take care of the issue but they did not After finally getting back to me I was told that I could return the item but at my own expense because it was my mistake Also the moss paper was extremely poor quality My 6 year old niece can craft better I was in shock that their customer service representative completely dismissed my concern My advice to someone interested in purchasing from this company is simply DON T Their prices are outrageous shipping is outrageous and most importantly their customer service does not serve Let the buyer beware

3 months after receiving my items I have now received a bill of nearly 20 of the cost from FedEx for custom duties I know the website says that custom duties are not included but how are we to know what they are particularly as EU vat has been paid

I purchased a religious statue from this seller and bought it directly from Holyart co uk There was no indication that this seller is based in Italy and items are shipped from that country I was handed a bill of 113 for customs and excise by FedEx Items took 6 months to ship Customer services did not provide regular updates I had to chase them for an update Alessandra from that team the most rudest of them all

I had ordered some shirts from them before and sometimes it took many weeks for them to deliver because they don t have them in stock and they do not warn you about it For my order they sent two different shirts one as ordered the other not I emailed them three times with pictures showing their mistake and I have been ignored for over three weeks So you take your chances on what you will get and apparently you will be stuck with it You then may also as well forget about the 30-day satisfaction guarantee
