Holyart is absolutely one of the best websites and businesses that I have ordered from Their customer service is unparalleled I have ordered from them twice now and I live in NYC and I have had no problems with their delivery of my items on my first order and I just placed my second order so we will see how that goes but I expect it will be fine I did get an email saying that due to one item being temporarily back ordered there would be a 14-21 day delay on my first order but they received that item in stock in about 2 days and my order shipped out immediately afterwards so it was an issue of a small and negligible 2-3 day delay I know they are located in Italy but my order of two large floor standing candle holders arrived promptly afterwards and was extremely well packaged When I emailed their customer service with a couple of questions regarding another product i was interested in I received very courteous and very prompt replies Overall I have had very good experiences doing business with holyart and highly recommend them

I m not sure why this company has mediocre reviews I am in the United States I was really afraid to order an item from Italy but the beauty of this statue could not be matched I took a chance and boy am I SO happy it did I tracked this angel from Italy to Belgium they always kept me updated then to US customs There were no issues She is PERFECT and the price is great I highly recommend I didn t have to pay any customs fees BTW

I haven t received my package yet as I just made the purchase so I can t comment on that but as far as customer service goes 11 10 I had an amazing team member called Alessandra go above and beyond communication was so quick and very clear with every detail I will definitely be buying from here again purely based on my experience

I was uncertain about buying something from a company in Italy I knew nothing about First of all I wanted to ask a question about an item I wanted to buy and so found a UK phone number for them This seems to direct the call to Italy My question was answered and I placed my order Unbelievably my order reached my home WITHIN 48 HOURS During that time Holyart kept me well informed with tracking details I am very happy with my purchase and even more happy with the service Holyart provided

I dont know why the bad reviews I am in USA My order came quicker than my domestic mail The statue is beautiful High quality Was packaged fantastically
