Beware additional customs charges

Within a day of placing order was told it would be delayed by around a week It eventually arrived about 6 weeks late and now about 2 weeks after delivery have been hit with vat and customs charges of over 50 This equates to around 40 of the cost of the item I purchased Have suggested they should provide greater clarity on additional charges as part of shipping process prior to committing to the purchase to understand total cost of package prior to placing order Brexit has clearly impacted this Was asked for another review by them as I was one of their 1st customers in the Uk Strange as I bought something from them 2 years ago when I got the same e mail

Never received my order

As a catechism I ordered beads crosses and rope suitable to make rosary bead sets These were ordered in October 2021 I have received neither the items nor a refund I emailed in November to ask about my order and was sent a standard your business is important to us email without either explanation or promise of the goods I have had to rearrange my confirmation programme as I kept expecting the materials to turn up They have not and it is 4 months later I have asked for a full and immediate refund although I have no expectation of receiving it My recommendation DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I wish I d read other reviews on here first 160 for the product then hit with an additional 58 in import duties Using a UK website address and UK telephone number suggests that the company has a UK base to receive items and the customer will be purchasing from there I know it is clear that Holyart is based in Italy but when I bought a TV from Curry s I didn t have to pay any import taxes from Japan It is in the t s and c s but there was no indication of the value and I don t think Holyart make sufficient effort to alert their customers Hardly in the Christian spirit is it

Not really a UK company

Despite their name this is not really a UK company they are based in Italy and as such ordering from them involves excessive postal charges and customs fees Really there should be a law preventing companies from pretending to be based in countries where they have no physical presence Very disappointing

A terrible grossly

A terrible and dishonest grossly incompetent company Two orders have been placed The first took two months to deliver the second they decided to cancel No notification of items being out of stock Raised with the fool at the office ah assured me I d been emailed I sent a copy email showing no such notification He replied see we emailed you the delay despite no delay being notified in the email It is like dealing with id ots Or just disingenuous people

My 9 year old would have made a better craftsman

The triptych I received was of shockingly poor quality The balsa wood frame had patches of missed paint the hinges with flaking paint were bent and about to break and the high quality print by craftsmen images were horrendous - they were poorly cut out stickers stuck on the wood and had already started to peel off within the first day of arriving My 9 year old would have made a better craftsman Very disappointed with my purchase and based on the reviews on this site not worth my time raising this with holyart

The incense being sold is of very poor

The incense being sold is of very poor quality and it seems that most of the reviews are fake These incense produce dark smoke without any fragrance I advise against purchasing incense from this site as they offer very low-quality products

Beware of the custom taxes

Even though it looks like an UK based website I have just received an import taxes bill after receiving my order It is in no way clear on the website that you are actually purchasing from an italian company Website address contact numbers everything indicates that the company is located in the UK and in no moment the customer is told about additional taxes Really disappointed Beware of the extra charges before you buy

Lie on website

This company are based in Italy The website has a highlighted strap line with each item It states free custom duties handling and no extra delivery costs for the UK My mum paid over 160 for a statue and paid 13 delivery The statue was delivered promptly A week has passed and she has received a bill from FedEx for custom VAT charges The bill is 47 Very very poor

I ordered a product which cost 214 it arrived very very broken I have tried calling them for 2 days Always no one to answer I have emailed and tried to contact them on Facebook No answer also for 2 days
