Matter resolved thank you responding after much time by sending replacement order very happy with the product lights now fitted very happy Having made a purchase back in April goods did not arrive I contacted customer services on 3 4 occasions was just fobbed off with we need to await return we cant issue a refund until goods come back - no follow through from Homelife Having connected with them yet again this week response is 90 days have passed out-with guarantee no account that I have been chasing them since April lack of empathy action I would be suggest you act with caution with any purchase only do so through Amazon for full protection All I want has been positive action to resolve matters if I get a positive outcome then I will update this review
