"Great idea but ordering process inconvenient"
This is adorable I hope they turn out okay I love being able to personalize the books for my daughter and her two cousins The only downside so far and it s a big one is that I had to create and order three separate books which took so much extra time to make sure they were similar or the same I feel like it should be easy to just order three copies of the same book instead of having to create and order three books individually

"Cute products but bad UX"
I liked that there were multiple heartfelt products to choose from but the website loading time was too long especially the checkout process which I had to refresh to complete my order I wish there was an account login where I could save my children s characters instead of having to duplicate them for multiple books

"Let s be more diverse"
-I loved the different options for characters but you could be doing better with different ethnicities For example for face shapes you only offer one If you offered a chubbier face a more narrow face a heart shaped face etc not everyone has the exact same face shape especially if we are different ethnicities -I also love the variety in career choices when grows up book The first time I ordered this book there weren t this many choices -Very creative and fun two page spreads

"A little to early for a survey"
We literally ordered this book maybe an hour ago and your asking if you ve earned our trust I think this survey is a little premature So far everything we ve done has gone smoothly But we shall see how the rest of the process goes

"Great idea but could make some adjustments to make it a great experience too"
I really loved the idea and you were quick to complete the order but I do wish there were more options to tailor the characters better My partner s character was easy enough to get close to how he actually looks but when it came to making my own character there weren t enough options for hair styles eye colors or the option to change the face shape at all and aside from being a brown girl with short black hair it looks nothing like me

"More LQTBQ inclusion"
I absolutely love your books but get so sad because my lgbtq family have so many limitations it s so many books I wanted to buy but it was man and woman Like the Laura my love that book I wanted to had for my new wife And then a family book with me my wife and daughter I ve preached to my daughter how the world is starting to see us equal and we re falling short on books for brown people and same sex

"Customization process was bot smooth and failed "
Although the book matches the confirmation email I had received I hadn t looked until now the customization process was frustrating on my phone and resulted in the child s name printing as Sasha the default name and not Mila the actual name I had to restart the customization process several times throughout and thought it was right when I checked out That the specific book requested was just called Sasha and somehow I thought Mila was there Needless to say the gift received isn t as expected

The book is great Giving it 4 coz the pages were stuck together and when I had to turn the page it lifted the colors and ripped part of page Also the message in the font was not printed
