We just received the book I purchased for my husband for our anniversary The book is coming apart at the seam The binding on this book is terrible I expected better quality The concept is adorable and my husband so amazed except the pages started separating from the seam

My daughter and I made a book for my wife It was cute and she loved making it The intro phrase or title I read and assumed my 2nd grader wrote it since it sounded terrible and made little sense She said no that is the way it came and despite my best efforts I could not edit it It wasn t a choice So either the editing which we did in other places needs to be improved or the writing

I purchased my order on 12 7 I chose the delivery option and paid to ensure this gift would be delivered before Christmas as listed I just received my order on 12 29 The gift was a custom Christmas book for our Mother and babies first Christmas so the late delivery arrival a week after the promised delivery pretty much ruined the entire experience unfortunately

As soon as I placed order I had a changes that needed to be completed which I emailed in about within 5 minutes of purchasing I never received a response and changes were not made Continued I ve already tried to contact y all never got a reply How about a we will reach out to you to resolve this matter I feel as if that may be a better solution

I have ordered from this vendor twice and both times production and shipping were delayed Save yourself 5 and don t even bother buying the skip the line add-on because it doesn t speed up anything The final product is nice but takes too long to make it worth it Be sure to order a minimum of 2-3 weeks in advance to get it on time even with the FedEx Air option
