"Lost or very late package no response from customer service"
I ordered my book early in December Recognizing it was the holidays I paid for express shipping to make sure it arrived before Christmas It is now 12 29 and I still haven t received my order I have tried contacting customer service and it sends you to a generic inbox It s been several days since I sent them a message about my lost package hoping they could help I have yet to hear from them

"Christmas experience ruined"
I ordered two books one for myself and one for my best friend Similar books but different screens hairstyles and skin tones I was excited to see my cover was the one I wanted but was disappointed when I opened my book and saw everything was changed and wrong My friends book was wrong as well This was a Christmas gift so we both were left feeling upset about the books we received

"Broken Heart"
I was told when I ordered this book I would receive it before Christmas since it was a gift Now I m being told estimated date is the 27th which ruins everything I am not happy with this service I paid 16 00 for FedEx to get it here on time Why is it coming UPS Not acceptable This cost a lot of money for this book I got all the bells and whistles even a 30 00 Christmas box I am so disappointed

"Scam company and paid for reviews"
I ordered on the 9th of December and paid for expedited shipping As of today December 21 2022 I haven t not heard a thing from this company Numerous emails and phone calls and nothing Posting to BBB and others I also see that most of their reviews are from bogus individuals Stay away what a joke The send a nice reply email after you leave them are ya d don t provide a tracking number as they don t have one

Paid extra for before Christmas It s now the 29th and it still hasn t arrived Extremely disappointed Would not recommendThe delivery was not on the 23rd as stated by the company it did arrive this afternoon 12 29And for the company to lie about delivery after emailing me that it wouldn t be here makes it worseHIGHLY DISAPPOINTING DO NOT RECOMMEND

Customer service was poor There was a mistake in my order and I got a discount of 12 Considering I spent 100 on that order and I have ordered previously I expected more The 12 doesn t even cover the expedited shipping I need to get this in time for Christmas The characters came out with wrong color skin and grandmas hair was short too

"False advertising"
It s been 5 days and the order hasn t been shipped My anniversary is on Valentine s Day and the whole point of purchasing this was to give my wife the book on Valentine s Day again which is our anniversary This is false advertising I paid extra to get here faster yet it s not going to arrive in the 7 days you guaranteed

"Awful experience false advertising"
Orders over 2 weeks before Christmas and paid extra for fast delivery and GUARANTEE that it would be here before Christmas I was sent a tracking number that was not activated I would like a full refund this is the worst service I have ever received mainly because of the extra I paid for fast shipping I ordered other personalized items from similar websites days before Christmas and received them much faster I will not be using this personalization company again

"So Disappointed"
My fianc is currently Deployed and we will be missing his birthday and Valentine s Day I thought this would be a great gift to add to his care package but I was wrong I chose a shade that resembles him and online it looks fine but in the book print the made him a few shades darker When I reached out they proceeded to tell me it was my fault I know he won t like it now so I will have to throw it away You guys should leave a note that explains how the colors change through printing

The skin color was off by two shades or so Customer service will not provide a free reprint or compensation for error Company blames me for error and said I should ve consulted with an employee before placing the order Only offered a 20 for future order Also the pages are quite dark throughout the two books
