I have two books that I got about 3 years ago and are great quality The Dream team book I ordered for my daughter already ripped as we were flipping the pages and we just got it today The stories and characters are nice and creative but the quality of the book itself is poor It is not the same as I had before and still have Very disappointed in the binding

I tried ordering this product for days on end but finally I decided to contact customer care to assist with the mailing address for the order I paid for fast shipping with intentions on receiving as fast as possible but I had to put in an invalid address then email customer care with the order and correct one

I received one of these as a gift It is a nice thought Something strange about the book is that the significant other is not mentioned at all It feels like a book about a single dad and his kids Also I guess you can t really choose different child ages because we have 1 older kid and 1 younger but in the book they are both young Also the writing is bad It s like tongue twisters with weird wording I honestly don t like reading it Again the thought is nice just not really something I connect with at all

If the shipping that was paid for was not available it should not have been advertised it seems as if your process for producing the product rules out any shipping that would allow you to have your merchandise within a few days 48 hours max to print plus next day air and I still don t have y package It s 3 days past Fathers Day at this point I understand there are delays everywhere but offering that shipping is very risky

The words on each page are hard to read The changing fonts and colors of the text make it difficult to read The stories are cute Worst of all the advertisement on the back of the book is insulting and crass It takes away from the heartfelt book that I paid for

I clicked through from an ad on Instagram for a personalized Christmas gift Building the book was intuitive and fun Selecting shipping was not as clearly outlined I was ultimately unable to track the shipment Customer service was not responsive aside from what seemed like an automated response While the order was guaranteed to arrive by Christmas it didn t arrive on time I was sent an email which apologized and offered a 15 discount on my next purchase This email was worded in such a way that made it sound like it was intended for multiple customers and that this is common
