Horizon teachers on the whole is a great agency as they are absolutely professional and reliable This being my first working via agency I have had a really positive experience so far and enjoyed it Registration process was fairly easy No time was wasted and they found me a job quite quickly I am very pleased that I signed up with them As a whole everyone at Horizon teachers is very helpful and friendly Highly recommend In terms of constructive feedback the only suggestion I would give is for there to be Training provided by the agency to better equip role on the job and aid when it comes to working with SEN e g Health Safety Positive Behavioural Support and dealing with aggressive behaviours especially for those who work one to one and going in to it for the first time Special shout out to my agent Josephine who has been exceptional As my main contact she has been amazing Not only has she put me in a fantastic role which suits me but she is so kind and helpful in every way Whenever I call her or message her she responds to my queries promptly is reliable and extremely professional Impressed and happy with the service as well as the continuous support I receive from her Thank you Josephine It has been an absolute pleasure and I wish you all the best
