Great experience Staff called me when they were unable to deliver to our friend due to hospital restrictions no deliveries to ICU Two weeks later they were able to deliver the day that our friend was moved to a regular recovery room I appreciated that they kept us in the loop and promptly delivered the gift when they were allowed to

HospitalGiftShop made this experience very easy And when the patient wasn t in an area of the hospital that could accept flowers it was hands off for me until the patient had been moved The routine updates were very much appreciated Great job

The person I spoke with was very helpful to me with my order of a charger for my sister s Kindle while in UPMC Altoona PA It ended up being the wrong thing and she needed the charging cord but was able to exchange the charger in the gift shop for the cord

I have never ordered flowers like this
I have never ordered flowers like this before I was expecting to be in touch with the actual hospital gift shop Though I have to say that this process by ordering with a florist closest to the hospital certainly offers much more in way of selection Also the staff was very gracious and patient as she walked me through the credit card process Much appreciated and my friend said that the flowers were beautiful Thank you sincerely
