Been a customer of this company since late 2015 and they ve been the best server hosting experience I ve had Top notch customer service seems I rarely have to wait longer than 30 minutes for an answer

Great customer support

I ran into a problem with my web hosting cPanel WordPress manager I submitted a ticket and got a response saying that they would look into it They responded within a minute after I submitted a ticket It wasn t an automated response either They resolved the issue shortly after that About 20 minutes later Very satisfied with the customer support

Host Havoc s Customer Service did a wonderful job of helping restore our rented server to premium condition My group of friends and I have had nothing but the best service from this company since we moved server hosts I cannot tell you how glad I am for the timely responses to online support tickets usually within a couple of minutes of being submitted the fulness of completion for each problem we ve had no matter how small or large and the fact that I talk to the same rep for the duration of the support ticket Thank you Host Havoc

I was shopping for the best hardware in my price range your team helped make a choice then made sure I was on that choice by moving my server to the newer system I tried two other hosting companies before this one The one just before Host Havoc was awful and in 4 days we could not resolves the many tickets I am here to add to my review We got through all of the issues I had at the previous host in less than 24 hours Thanks HostHavoc and staff

Great and Fast Support

After having to swap away from a prior hosting provider due to support being severely lacking and issues being pushed on you made an error despite nothing changing for months Host Havoc has been a breath of fresh air Support time so far has been absolutely minimal with good help and solid back-end software in place

Hosthavoc is a great provider I have used several providers before none could provide the performance I needed for my Space Engineers server But after some time with the friendly support we were able to find solutions to improve the performance of my server Support is fast and patient They also sit down with you and help as much as they can Just great keep it up

I ve used Host Havoc for years and their servers have never been laggy I don t think they overload their machines They also have the best customer service with lightning fast responses I ve used a handful of other companies before them but ever since I stumbled upon them I can t go anywhere else Thanks again for keeping it real guys 5 stars all the way

Best Server host by far

Best Server host by far I have several times set up dedicated servers for different games and had my back and forth with this hosts but this time i chose to use Host Havoc since i have never been that happy with the previous providers and Host Havoc is the best example on what a server provider should be Good prices with good hardware But the one thing i am the most impressed with is there speed to answer our tickets i have still not experienced that they use more than 10 minutes to answer Previous one use somewhere between 8-12 hours Thanks for great service Host Havoc
