we have stayed with hotel bell tent for 3 years

we have stayed with hotel bell tent for 3 years now at car fest south and have never been disappointed the staff are very friendly and helpful and any problem is sorted asap the breakfast is amazing considering the ammount of peoplen and the surroundings always piping hot and tasty the bell tent itself is comfortable and toi ets and showers are clean and available most of the time In the evening it is a lovely atmosphere in the bar and a great wind down from the day

An excellent stay at CarFest south

An excellent stay at CarFest south Two adjacent tents well appointed and with my two young grandsons gave us respite from the heat I would never stay in anything other than Hotel Bell Tent again as organisation communication before and staff on site were all simply excellent

Brilliant We will be back

Our first stay with Hotel Bell Tent at Carfest South 2019 and it was fantastic The tents were bigger than expected the beds and the bedding were comfy and snuggly warm The site was perfect not too large so not too far to walk to the either the loo s and the showers or the bar and the lounge areas The toilets and the showers were great and cleaned frequently Breakfast was delicious and filled us up enough to not need too much else to eat until the evening and the free tea coffee and Hot Choc was a real perk and very much appreciated The staff were extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble On arrival we were offered the assistance of a golf buggy to unload which was great although this wasn t so much the case when packing away and it would have helped if there were more trolleys available to borrow We loved the large screen so we could have a break from the hustle and bustle of the festival but still very much feel a part of it The close location of HBT to the festival itself is perfect along with the car park being right next door My main concern when booking was the security but the site felt very safe and secure On the whole as a family of three including one very messy 11 year old boy in the one tent we couldn t fault our experience yes it s expensive but worth every single penny thank you HBT we will be back next year

Had the most amazing stay at Carfest south Hotel Bell Tent is glamping at is finest Toilets tents bedding food staff are just the best Facilities such as plugs hair dryer and straightners all available Will be booking for our forth year as soon as they become available

Comfy safe and secure festival camping with great fun and facilities

Stayed in bell tent at carfest aouth and it was fantastic great tents and bedding but even better toilets and showers and great catering tent with bar scrummy breakfasts and free tea and coffee 23 7 Friendly helpful staff and good friendly atmosphere between all campers really safe secure and fun way to attend a festival Really made our weekend amazing

We rented a tent for Carfest Hotel Bell Tent steppes in when the other tent company went bust - and didn t charge us a bean Much appreciated Fantastic set up great service Showers and toilets really good too Highly recommend

Virgin Carfest and BellTent users -

First time at a festival and first time using Hotel Bell Tent The bell tent made the festival for us Due to the horrendous rain it was so nice to go back to our tent which was warm dry and very comfortable Staff were great breakfast was excellent and the facilities were excellent always being cleaned Definitely would use Hotel Bell Tent again The little extras sweets lamp ear plugs eye mask were a lovely extra also

Our stay at Hotel Bell Tent was simply fabulous The site was clean and well laid out Our tent was lovely and the toilets and showers were beautifully clean and there were plenty of them The bar and restaurant were really lovely to sit it the staff and chefs were very happy to accommodate any requests it had nice decor and sparkly lights too Breakfasts were delicious and sitting round the fire was a lovely end to each day We ll definitely be back

Fabulous despite the mud fest

We returned to HBT again for car fest north We arrived on the Thursday afternoon so there was no golf buggy service but we just went to reception and got a trolley Staff were helpful and had arranged for a tent near the facilities due to my mobility problems The showers and toilets were clean as usual and the food available although a limited menu they are under canvass too was lovely Breakfast was chaotic at times but this was due to people not adhering to the times selected rather than staff fault Security patrol constantly and they as well as all the other staff were helpful throughout the weekend especially when the ground became slippy and they would escort me to ensure I was safe When it turned into mud fest they did the best they could to maintain the facilities in the face of inconsiderate campers cleaning boots in the sinks They spread straw to try and ease movement and having a dry tent to return to made the whole thing bearable The central tepee was packed due to the weather and the power would fail from time to time but the atmosphere and company were good we Brit s shine in adversity even finding the stream running though at breakfast time was funny At checkout there was no trolly to be found and the golf buggies were stuck in the mud and due to using two sticks I couldn t carry anything but again staff were fab a young man made several trips through the mud to my car and made sure I got there safely
