Great service very helpful and facilities kept clean Tents were watertight and the beds comfortable

Very well run event British Grand Prix 2019 friendly staff and well kept facilities The tents themselves are basic but spacious the accessories provided by HBT are really handy and make camping much more comfortable convenient I would definitely use HBT again if I see them as an option at an event

We used HBT for the first time for the British Grand Prix this year Found the camp site well laid out and excellent showers and toilets Staff were excellent friendly and so hard working Nothing was too much trouble Unfortunately when I asked for an extra pillow this was one thing that they could not help with The food was pretty extensive and good value We will definitely consider using them again

Mostly fantastic Some things not so well organised which considering this is something they do all the time surprised me Poor organisation for a busy breakfast time It must be totally normal for a lot of people to appear all at once later on isn t it Having a booking time slot system would be great if people were made to keep to their time slot When it did get busy some reorganisation of staff may have helped Pretty poor quality cooked food dried up when we did get it However plenty of it along with plenty of cereal bread and fresh fruit available Tea coffee available 24 7 was great especially the good choice of teas but very sad no fresh coffee available even as a paid option Tent perfect and as advertised Toilets and showers plentiful and kept immaculate Food bar tippee tent lovely and well lit with fairy lights Plenty of seating including sofas Well stocked bar and brilliant barmen Food we had was excellent apart from cooked bit of breakfast We ate there as massive queues and poor choice of food in car fest nothing even vaguely healthy Ran out of things including pizza by Saturday lunchtime Advertised chips available until midnight but ran out by 11 40pm on Fri night Biggest disappointment was not being able to get over to watch Chris and his team doing their Fri morning show live at the main camping area Assumed I would be able to attend What s more they weren t even playing the show at the breakfast area they were playing music There was a big screen too which I would have thought his show could have been shown on as it was live on Facebook But then I appeared to be the only one asking Staff were really really lovely friendly and helpful Fantastic location too very close to the main stages and so easy to come and go from Toilets in car fest were pretty bad long queues no sanitizer no toilet paper etc so great to be able to go back to Hotel Bell Tent easily

Hotel Bell Tent at IOM TT was great The only problem we had is that the toilet situation was a bit bleak The 2 stools in the mens shower were both broken and the only other aka main restroom had a single stool and was VERY busy

We were a group of 10 people Stayed in 3 tents at the Hotel Bell Tent in Ballakermeen High School The tents were well organised It was our first experience in IOM The area is well located and is situated around 15 min from the nearest race track and around 20 min from the grand stands The staff there was always helpful The only drawback that I found was that the showers were around 150 meters from the tents Toilets sometimes were also a problem especially during the time when most guests needed to use it at the same time Apart from that it was a good experience We had booked our stay through Duke travel which proved to be a good decition as they took care of all requirements needed for our stay

Stayed at Hotel Bell Tent Ballakermeen good location for TT and town Tent was good large with decent inflatable mattress I found very comfortable Staff were lovely and helpful Toilets were close showers about 200m Charging phones etc was painful not enough charge points in reception and you had to stay with your phone whilst it charged so Bering a battery or fast charger

Four adult males we stayed at Hotel Bell Tent at Ballakermeen High School for the Isle of Man TT race week Two of us were elderly and we found that the blow-up beds were not that comfortable as you tended to roll off when turning over while sleeping We expected to have wooden-framed beds with a mattress so that aspect of our stay was disappointing Also not enough charging points for our mobile phones not enough toilet slots and not enough shower points All o k but often a queue at busy times All of the staff were extremely personable and helpful so many thanks to them We booked through Duke Travel so the overall experience was pretty good

I stayed at The Hotel Bell Tent at Glastonbury and I don t think I could ever go back to camping in a normal tent Loved how convenient it was how easy check in was and how comfortable it was The bed didn t deflate either
