The service from Hoults was excellent The crew arrived on time and were extremely helpful and considerate at all stages The fact that most of our belongings were packed the day before our move made the process much smoother Len who handled the booking process was very helpful and clear as to exactly what was and was not included in the quote and the facetime quotation process worked well I wouldn t hesitate to recommend Hoults to friends and family

Essex to Northumberland

Recently moved from Essex to Northumberland with Hoults Andrew and Jay were brilliant they worked hard and were quick and efficient nothing was a problem and they definitely made the day less stressful The two of them even managed to move my upright piano and were happy to take on the challenge There was good communication from Hoults and I would definitely recommend them Thank you

Peace of Mind delivered

I decided to use Hoults Newcastle because the company has existed for a long time My initial enquiry by phone was attended to by an efficient manager Megan whose expertise made me feel confident that the move would be a successful one She arranged for an assessor David to visit which resulted in a schedule being drawn up On the day the van arrived with a two-man team Andy and his assistant Craig They have a tremendous work ethic they toiled ceaselessly to deliver the goods and I can recommend them all unreservedly Thanks everyone you all deserve the highest praise

Excellent team excellent service

What a great team from start to finish Len the move manager was really supportive and flexible in dealing with my move where the date kept shifting and was clear in outlining my options The on-site team were excellent efficient polite and good humoured throughout I opted for the full packing service which I think was worth every penny as it took some stress out of the move for not a great deal of additional cost The move was completed with no damage to any of my belongings All in all would definitely recommend Hoults

This is the third time I have used Hoults removals and could not recommend them highly enough From the initial contact through to home delivery they were extremely professional and efficient Our dedicated move manager Lenita was brilliant Extremely knowledgeable and able to assist as and when required Hoults definitely took a large portion of the removals hassle off us and made what is a highly traumatic event much more manageable

Hoults were a great decision for me from the start All the staff from the office to the video survey to the packing and moving team were friendly efficient and well informed The packing and moving team Andy C Andy S and Paul worked very hard and were easy company during what could be a difficult experience I cannot recommend them highly enough and feel sure that my belongings will be well kept in the storage facilities before a smooth delivery when the time comes

A pleasure to deal with from start to finish

From the initial consultation call with Megan to the survey and then removals the whole process has been a pleasure completely stress free Megan has always been at the end of the phone to book and answer queries and the removal lads today were fabulous despite having to move things over the garden fence everything was fine with a smile They could not have been more helpful I also have to add the banter from the four guys was just what we needed They deserve a medal Thank you so much cannot recommend Hoults highly enough 5 service

Thoroughly Professional

Hoults moved house for me a couple of years ago and that was a good experience This time I had a room that needed clearing the contents storing and returning The thing that impressed me most was the professionalism of both the office team dealing with me on the scheduling and paperwork and the packing removal and returning itself They were in touch by email text and phone regularly checking back with me so I had a lot of confidence that everything was arranged They all turned up on time worked quickly and courteously I ll have no hesitation in using the firm again
