My enquiry was dealt with professionally by Dorothy who explained the company s procedures for my house purchase which was presented clearly to me in an open and honest way Whilst I decided not to proceed with the offer on the table at this time I consider this company to be up there with the better ones specialising in this hit and miss market

Good experience
Spoke to Dorothy a few times and received a few emails All done professionally and courteously no flannel which is just what you want Felt trustworthy In the end I felt the offer wasn t enough for me at this point but will keep the contact details should I change my mind

Absolutely amazing company to sell your home
Absolutely amazing company to sell your home to Having had a terrible experience with The Property Buying Company I found House Buyer Bereau through The Advisory From the first moment I spoke to Dorothy at HBB I felt at ease she is very professional and very honest HBB have the money available to buy your property in a timescale to suit you there are only one or two genuine cash property buying companies out there HBB set up the solicitors and again the solicitors they use are very professional I would highly recommend HBB to anyone looking to sell there house fast

Helpful experience
Initial contact was positive straightforward taking time to listen in a genuine manner Didn t come back with the best offer and due to change of circumstance means cannot go any further but they are genuine along with being helpful If things change would consider re-contacting them

As with many unfortunately they were not able to offer me anything close to what I required but Sue who dealt with my enquiry was polite knowledgeable and extremely sympathetic to our situation No pushy hard sell Left with a very good impression of the company

A good experience
Dorothy was extremely helpful and sympathetic to our situation The offer was below market value but that is to be expected as they need to make a profit While our situation has improved again as the lost house buyer has returned if we find we need a house buying service after all this is the company we will use
