Being new to AirBnB I had all sorts of questions and doubts HOUST did a great job at helping me through those Setting up my property on the platform was super quick and extremely professional - love how the flat is now advertised Most of all I have to commend HOUST for a very understanding and responsive host service All my questions and issues so far have been answered and actioned without delay

The House is exactly as described as you can see in the photos It was big enough for us a family of 5 The beds were very comfortable The terrace was very nice and the upper floor was very useful for eating and having some spare time Communication via Houst is straightforward with detailed and clear information I will try to repeat next time I come to London

I couldn t be more pleased with my experience The property was exactly as described clean well-maintained and very comfortable The location was perfect for my needs with easy access to my office De Waterkant and a short distance away from an array of amazing eateries What really stood out was the hospitality James was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay ensuring I had everything I needed The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like ensuring we have enough wood I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable place to stay Would definitely return

It was a very nice stay with their home It is very accessible to city center The house was clean and had a complete necessary things like toiletries complete bed including pillows and blankets It was a good value for money and recommended to others The owner was very responsive to any queries even late at night
