We had hired Plush to manage our condo and the experience was beyond bad There was a lack of transparency regarding the condition of our condo during and after the tenant was here Lots of damage to furniture appliances Place was filthy I wasn t even told that the problem tenant that was here had left an aquarium in our home for months till I had a friend check the place They will simply accept any reservations with little or no background checks I highly do not recommend using them if you value your home or investment property

Operator with integrity

I bought a property and was not able to find a tenant Hence i looked into airbnb I did some research and picked a few operators After speaking with a few i went with Plush based on their transparency and the way the business is conducted They are very responsible and transparent At the same time they ran their business with integrity which is utmost important in today s business I am able to trust them completely and i am assured they have my interest at best I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family

Plush Services has been my Airbnb management services operator for my property at Nadi Bangsar for the last 2 years - so far so good My property s listed on all the platforms Airbnb Agoda Expedia Booking com payments come in on time unit looked after responsibly and reviews are good too If you have a unit in KL or Penang and don t have the time to manage it I wouldn t hesitate to recommend them

Very happy with Plush so far They are currently managing two of my properties at KLCC for airbnb and are giving me good returns more than long term tenants Very responsible too - manage furnishing maintenance and guests for me Am planning to give them a third unit once my tenant moves out later this year

Great place to stay at Kuala Lumpur

Great place to stay at with alot of amenities below the apartment and across the street Place is nice and clean with all the stuffs provided Around 20 mins drive to Pavilion or KLCC by car Hosts are friendly and provide clear instruction on how to check in Looking forward to next stay
