What a wonderful experience I have had with Hug at home Ordering my rug was very easy to do and delivery was very prompt Unfortunately when I received my rug and put it in place it didn t suit I called Hug At Home at once and spoke to a lovely lovely lady who talked me through the retuning process We ordered a completely new rug that we adore I recommend this company to anyone looking for a beautiful rug Excellent Service

Just love these rugs They lay flat and don t move they are washable and they look amazing The outdoor mats are also fantastic there are none to compare in my view Delivery is also super quick Highly recommended

Very good as always However please improve your website so customer can easy see comments for the reviews on the products and not only star ratings What is disadvantage for one customer may not be an issue for another UPDATE I felt it is important to edit this review- lovely Customer Services came back to me next day after submitting this review to say that the reviews were always visible So my apologies I must have been not looking properly I now know where to find the reviews and will use the function going forward Hugs at Home never fail on customer care THANK YOU Thank you

Arrived on time and well packaged I d have liked more choice of patterns for the 150cmx80cm size Good quality rug I like the plain edge and can be machine washed I have a few hug rugs
