Major Issues resolved not recommended
After setting up an account and ordering a Hoodie with my YouTube logo as a test purchase to start selling merchandise However I did have an issue with not receiving my sample purchase and literally sending multiple emails to be told Contact Yodel we can t help you any further After contacting Yodel telling me to return to Hugepod being sent in circles I wrote my Trustpilot review and suddenly was offered a full refund and a replacement product However I had to wait a while to get the refund I did however get it and the product arrived eventually the customer service are not helpful at all repeating the same lines like a robot and the only way to get a response was to write a negative review Although I am happy it has now been resolved I could not recommend using this service Customer service is robotic products are good when you finally receive them but an order placed 15th November finally got resolved on the 22nd December with my refund after multiple emails chasing it being told to be patient My hoodie finally arrived first week of january Such a shame

Wish I could give 0 stars
Wish I could give 0 stars Took 3 weeks from ordering for the items that I d ordered to even be shipped Customer service were no help After a further 2 weeks I still hadn t received contacted customer services who were no help After another 2 weeks the tracking information showed that the package had been returned to sender Got in contact with customer service who said they would chase it up never heard anything back Had to get back intouch again they tried to say I had received the items when I showed a screenshot of the tracking information clearly stating that the items were returned they just said they would follow up i had been asking for a refund for a couple of weeks at this point They just kept making excuses and telling me they would follow up I ordered on the 11th December 22 still haven t received anything Now had to go through my bank to get a refund Absolutely appalling company and customer service Do not order

This company is by far the worst
This company is by far the worst company I have ever worked with I ordered shirts from them for 370 US dollars and they messed up my order so they resent it and somehow my package was worth 6 150 And I now owe FedEx 1500 for customs taxes other fees I didn t even spend this much on my shirts now I m stuck with this bill and Hugepod is not helping me get this figured out either STAY AWAY FROM THEM

Inconsistent sizing no replacement
The print quality looked good on some of the samples I ordered So I ordered a few more colorways in different sizes before I made a bulk order for my store I m so glad I did that because when the next order came the printing was done differently and you could see white areas that before had been completely printed The size of the larger items I ordered was actually smaller than the smaller sizes I had previously ordered and completely different than the size described on their website I tried to get a replacement or refund for the items that were not the correct size They only offered me a 5 discount on my next order So glad I didn t make my large order before realizing the sizing print inconsistency This would be a nightmare if a customer of mine needed to return or received the incorrect size of items since they clearly didn t care to replace or refund me for shipping their mistake

No Quality Control Waste of Time and Money
I ve been using them for the past 8-10 months They ve made multiple printing mistakes previously which they ve corrected but I kept with them as the quality of the tees were quite good The last 2 deliveries however were terrible First they took extremely long to send them Then when they arrived 9 out of 14 pieces came without labels that I ve paid extra for 14 black tees had dark rectangular patches on them and their t-shirt fabric has changed I am in the midst of sorting this out with them and they have offered me a 10 discount code like that would make up for anything It s ridiculous and I do not recommend this company at all

This company is a joke
Are you kidding me this company is driving me insane I placed the order 4 days ago they did not start to process it because they were waiting me to confirm something there was nothing to confirm Then i emailed them stating clearly PROCEED WITH THE ORDER and they emailed me back once you confirm this email we will start your order The sooner you confirm the quicker your order will be processed is this a joke Seriously does this sound normal to anyone

This Company is Fraud
This Company is Fraud placed order they produced the wrong size they caught it before they shipped they claim and said it would omg out in 6 days I have emailed them am for a shipping date no reply then started looking brothers business and discovered many other problems with orders This is not a company to do business with if they don t have their business straight the reviews on there site is false not made up from customers Save your hassle and be for warned This is a company not to trust

The worst
The worst - the absolute worst Don t walk SPRINT away from this company I cannot begin to describe how HORRIFIC this infuriating experience was with hugepod Over 2 months and ambiguous communication and my client STILL doesn t have their products Customer service would be better suited if delivered by robots no results poor communication littered with misspellings Hugepod only last year obtained millions in funding and has the worst customer service of experience you could possibly imagine Do yourself a favor just don t They do not care about customers or service
