This company is a scam they steal people credit card information and charge randomly with no order BEAWARE

Honestly I wish I could give zero

Honestly I wish I could give zero stars and I haven t even received a single product from them I placed a time-sensitive order and was hoping to change the quantity of the order so I did not have to pay for shipping twice I kept running into dead ends trying to reach customer service and finally received a response via email their live chat was down servers were down a number or excuses The email told me that there was no way to change the quantity which is fine it was my mistake but then they told me that they cancelled my order for me and I would be receiving coupons to buy more products I never received this coupon and never asked for them to cancel my order I wanted a refund and was told no coupons As soon as I made this request I have been unable to place the new order and am being told the servers are down and their company is on holiday for the next month I was told I should check in then I have never seen such horrendous customer service Judging by the reviews on this website I m not the only one But they do seem to have plenty of time and staff to respond to each and every review so I look forward to your unhelpful response

Unreliable and not customer focused

No customer focus I made an order on 27 Jan but on 10 Feb the item had still not been processed When I contacted Yoycol to ask why it is taking so long they advised they were on vacation but they did not inform me of this when I placed order My customer was not happy and on the 15 Feb asked to cancel the item and asked for a refund When I asked Yoycol to cancel they advised me that the order had been shipped and there was nothing they could do I only noticed afterward that the item had not been shiupped until the 18 February if they didn t lie to me I could have at least had the item delivered to my address instead but I had to refund my customer as the item was taking too long but Yoycol delivered the item to my customer because they lied and said the item was shipped when it was not and did not refund me I have also had another bad experience after so I will not be using Yoycol again Avoid this Company they are not reliable and do not care about thier customers just want your money

The experience is not worth it

I have ordered 2 times from this company The first order was built wrong so I contacted them and they sent a replacement but the arm were still backwards I decided to go ahead and give it another shot with a design that would work even if it was reversed I have checked my status on the order and it was apparently ready to ship but I didn t receive a tracking number so I contacted them and was told that the packages weight was wrong the first time so they had to get a new number Once I received the number I checked to see ETA and come to find out there is absolutely no information for that number It has no information and is invalid I contacted them again and was sent a computer generated label as proof of a label It has been over 10 days and I still have no information on the number or very expensive package I have attempted to contact them on multiple occasions and now they are not even answering me Please use caution before spending any money with this company

Poor customer service and delivery

Poor customer service and delivery I was excited to use this POD service because they offer products many don t carry all in one place and cheap Well it has sucked I have had three orders for a month now and they still have not fulfilled them Two are showing picked up but when I check the tracking all it says is the label was created I have messaged and emailed over and over asking about the status of my orders and have yet to get a response And based on what I ve read here I m concerned about the quality my customers are going to receive I have already removed the few products I have listed in my store and the second these three are fulfilled I will drop them completely

I don t understand what they are doing

I don t understand what they are doing I am being contacted by customer after customer asking where their order is I m having cancellations because there is no movement on the tracking I contact Customer Service about this and they tell me they will contact their shipper and urge USPS to hurry along Everybody knows you cannot urge USPS to do anything Then I relook at my orders and see the fine gray print that was almost hidden It shows my orders from August 3rd are just this weekend being picked up 26 DAYS TO MAKE A PILLOW CASE And you know this and tell me you are going to reach out to USPS and tell them to hurry along So basically you lied to me telling me something was in the air when it s still in the Chinese warehouse And as you never admit fault and blame the customer I can already forsee that one coming What you guys need to do is send these orders express mail at your cost because this is so unprofessional and you are ruining your customers businesses OMG seriously stressful

They are some lying ass fraud motherf I been complaining about my package for over a year now and they keep saying it was delivered F g usps don t even have any record of it even going there I filled a complaint with usps and still no f package I never even asked for my money back I just want my sh F fraud a55 motherf s and their customer service delivery response is some sh t From last year to this year

This company is an absolute joke I ve currently got every order late for delivery and the customer service doesn t seem to care or do anything about it I made an order for a black cardigan order 504924311471431680 just black nothing else and they still messed that up The white under base is clearly showing around the pockets and the black isn t Black it s a faded Black very poor quality and poorly made I brought this problem to their attention and I was told that is how the cardigan is meant to look and refused a refund It s an absolute joke I ve also got another order 506338830890442752 that wasnt delivered and has been returned to yoycol When I asked why they told me the address is on the order is wrong and I ll need to pay a redelivery fee When I explained the address is correct they said they don t know why it couldn t be delivered and the reason is unknown but if I pay the redelivery fee they will get it delivered There s absolutely no reason why it couldn t be delivered in the first place and noone is giving me a valid reason as to why it wasn t delivered but they want more money which I will not be paying I ve used yoycol for about a year and they ve been ok the clothing s cheap and for that you get items made with cheap materials which is understandable However recently the last couple of months they ve been a nightmare like I ve said the quality isnt going to be fantastic but when an item is delivered with the underbase white showing that s not acceptable and is a faulty product and if yoycol can t see that then there s a problem And deliveries just aren t being made At the moment I make an order hope to god it gets delivered then hope when it arrives it s in good condition Because if not then it s my problem and not theirs apparently even though I m getting bad reviews for my business and paying the cost for yoycol failures

This is a scam site They take your money say you ve made your own prints wrong and that they take no responsibility They put the blame on the customer instead of doing the right thing and admiting they have made an error and refund customers They said first that they would refund me and that they have made an error with my prints but then 2 weeks passed and no refund Contacted them again and they said I have made an error with my prints I have checked and I have showed them my prints THEY HAVE MY PRINTS ONLINE and yet they have the gut to say I have made wrong They event sent me the wrong size nothing was correct with what I ordered I recommend everyone to avoid these chinese scammers They take money and send sh t in return you pay a high price for getting sh t designs and sh t material and sh t customer support Avoid YOYCOL it s not worth it I spent almost 4 months making designs on their webpage before ordering a sample I reviewed their trustpilot reviews thinking it couldn t be that bad but it s even more worse then I thought F K YOYCOL
