i actually very scard because im just read the negative commen but then i just check the airline website and their confirm the booking fast service and cheap flight ticket

Scam DO NOT USE THEM Payed for tickets Flight was cancelled and the new flight they gave was completely wrong Then they said the airline does not actually offer that route then why are Hutchgo selling it They said if we want a refund it will take 6 months to process and if we dont reply in 1 day they will not allow the refund

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE I booked with this company and only moments after the confirmation email I saw a discrepancy on the ticket and have been trying to get that resolved and they tell me booked is booked no changes and no cancellations HORRIBLE BEWARE

This company is very irresponsible I bought a plane ticket and filled in the correct name but their staff wrote down my name wrongly Now they deny responsibility and push the problem to the customer ed my name wrong and

Horrible service The office is NEVER available dont listen to the auto loop after 3 days of calling throughout the day they just never have staff The dates of my tickets are wrong I am making a complaint to my bank to reverse the charges and am going to report them for fraud Nobody will answer me and I have these totally useless tickets

Horrible I booked a flight for the 20th of April But when booked the confirmation sent me 20th of August I ve contacted for a change in dates to which they can t do as no seats are available I ve checked skyscanner and I can see there was space available for 2 I can see they have lied or not bothered to see if they can change dates I then ask for a refund They reply they can t change dates or refund This CS agent sent this without their name so Im not sure if this information is correct I ve gotten in touch with my bank and they will help me

Never Try this Ever POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I was about to cancel my flight due to pregnancy sent them all the documents as proof and I m asking for a refund and til now no response from them Never trust this agency
