I ve been waiting over a month now to receive a refund for an item that the shop has confirmed was returned Despite multiple attempts to contact them my emails remain unanswered and reaching them by phone has proven very difficult If you re looking for a hassle-free experience I would advise caution before purchasing from this online shop
