Absolutely wonderful

I have used HyperJar for quite some time to allow my children to manage their own money family can add money to their jars and they can take their own card and spend it wherever they want This has changed both my own life as I no longer have to sit with a calculator to work out who has what but also theirs as they can t overspend and can always see how much they have They even compete to see who has the most pocket money My daughter was able to save and buy herself an iPad I cannot say a bad thing about this company app Thank you for making this mama s life easier

Great help chat bot solved my issues on a number of occasions and quickly as well My family and I love the ease of the app for transferring pocket money to our kids accounts

This is a great way to allow my kids to understand how to manage money I can pay them for completing tasks they can use card to pay for items and use the app to see and manage money My son recently lost his card and the Hyper jay team member Teiba was super efficient in assisting with arra going a card replacement The customer service has improved over the last year Great app and customer service Well done Hyper Jar

My children wanted a bit of financial freedom and I considered HyperJar as they get that freedom while I am also able to keep an eye on how they use it It s a win win for both parents and children We have been using this account for a while now

Had to contact hyperjar customer service twice needing help linking my daughters account onto her phone due to a problem with her email address Due to no fault of the first agent we couldn t get it connected on the first try I contacted again a few days later with a new email address everything was changed over no hassle and it worked The customer service team are unbelievably patient and helpful
