The buisness that made my dream home come true Very personal and professional

It s been 2 years since I became a home owner with the help of intelligent advisors and I honestly couldn t of done it without them I was instantly put at ease and suddenly my dream apartment became possible Not only we re both Sharron and Tony on the other end of the phone through the entire process they also made sure I got the best deal and have continued to support me with any of my mortgage query s without even asking After an amazing experience at such good value I had recommended them to more of my family members who were also able to get on the property ladder with there wonderful help Couldn t recommend more

These guys definitely know their stuff They took the time to understand my situation explained everything in layman s terms and recommended a life and critical illness policy that is far superior than the one I had previously I m so glad that I spoke to them because otherwise I would have been paying a lot of money for a policy that wasn t fit for purpose It s nice to speak to knowledgeable individuals who have my best interests at heart Thank You

IF I COULD GIVE 10 STARS

I simply cannot say enough about Heme He helped us through our mortgage over the pandemic and being self employed our options are generally limited But Heme sourced us a great deal and we couldn t be happier On top he secured us fantastic mortgage protection as well as critical illness cover That field alone is a minefield so we were very grateful he was there for that also The man is a gent and explains everything so simply and genuinely cares you really feel it I ve dealt with many advisors over the years but I refuse to go anywhere else from now on

We have just used Intelligent Finance to find us two new mortgage products The service provided by Tony and Sharon was first class From start to finish they made this process easy and a seamless transition from our original mortgages to the new ones provided All the way through the process we were kept up to date with progress and it was great to chat face to face with zoom meetings which is so convenient if you have a busy work life We are really happy with our mortgage products and the savings it has made us We would highly recommend using there services
