Brilliant and Friendly Support

This was the first time we had used a Mortgage Advisor and was very hesitant at first After speaking to Dave at Intelligent Advisor he really put mine and my partners mind at ease He discussed the whole process with us and found us one of the best deals on the market Not only that he went above our expectations and helped us with Solicitors as well as Insurance a lot more than you would got with a bank Excellent support from Dave throughout the process and extremely knowledgeable We cannot fault the experience we have had working with Dave and would highly recommend him to all we have even recommended him with family and friends and will also be working with him again in the future Paul and Leanne

Genuinely a great person to deal with

We were needing to renew mortgage and had not used a broker but with rates as they are needed to lock in with best we could do scary searching but found Tony and could not have done better He so detailed and easy to deal with and made us feel comfortable He found us a good deal we were happy with but then a few weeks before us going live he found another even better deal so kept looking at the market place working for us Got to say you always worry about dealing with people you find online What a find we will use again

Outstanding service

I cannot praise the customer service I received from Tony and Sharon Bouckley at Intelligent Adviser enough From start to finish everything was extremely well explained by Tony and left me in no doubt that I was choosing the best option financially for me My existing lender did not make the process straight forward at all and put lots of barriers in the way however Sharon went over and above the level of service I could have expected to get things over the line Both Tony and Sharon were an absolute pleasure to deal with and I would thoroughly recommend their service Thank you again

I would like to thank Heme for his help we had one of the most difficult situation but Heme was very professional in his approach always and also he managed to calm us down in this pandemic era Heme assisted us to get back on our 2 feet always to the extend that our mortgage offer expired because the onward chain withdrew their sell However Heme was so calm and he assured us that things will be ok and indeed we managed to get a new Property I would to Thank you Heme for everything And l have confidence to refer my friends relatives and colleagues to you for a chat regarding mortgages
