As a first time buyer everything was incredibly new and felt very overwhelming to me Minay took his time to run me through the mortgage application process and answered any queries I had in a timely fashion He presented all my options in clear and concise manner to allow me to make an informed decision and then kept me updated at every step of the application process Detailed efficient polite and above all trustworthy I would thoroughly recommend him to any first time buyers

We cannot recommend Tony and Sharon enough We have received a five star service throughout We would never of got through the remortgage and sale process without their help Their patience and kindness is beyond We would highly recommend their service and we will defiantly be using them again in the future

Brilliant Firm can t fault them at all

This is the second time now I ve used Intelligent Adviser and can honestly they are a excellent firm Sharon and Tony the people who worked on my case were brilliant Friendly polite and very helpful Sharon explained everything that would happen along the way what I d need to do documents wise etc and kept me updated with the progress right through to completion Overall a stress and aggro free home loan application really couldn t ask for anymore To sum up if you re after a new mortgage renewing a mortgage or after a home loan Intelligent Adviser are the ones for 100 can t recommend them enough Many thanks again for your help

Fantastic and very friendly service

I can t thank Tony and Sharon enough for helping us to get on the ladder After being let down by our previous brokers very last minute Tony and Sharon were incredibly quick helping us to figure out our options and secure the best mortgage for us We were guided through each step which really took the stress out of the buying our first home I ve already recommended these guys to everyone I know and will definitely be sticking with them for any future moves Thanks so much

Our mortgage advisor was David Perry and the service we received from him was excellent The mortgage wasn t necessarily straight forward and he worked hard to ensure that we got the best deal in the shortest amount of time possible He was professional but still friendly and always responded promptly to our queries Even though it cost around 500 I think it s well worth the fee I would certainly recommend anyone use David
